Dr. Ndoro is a Co-Founder and Strategy Advisor at Panacea. A celebrated medical entrepreneur in Kenya, Dr. Ndoro has built multiple successful healthcare ventures, including the country’s leading medical publishing company. He also operates a network of rural medical clinics, giving him a unique perspective on the gaps in Africa’s healthcare delivery. A published author and recipient of several national awards, Dr. Ndoro brings a wealth of experience in business development, healthcare policy, and system-wide impact—guiding Panacea’s strategic partnerships and market expansion.

Dr. Mark serves as Co-Founder and Clinical Advisor at Panacea. With extensive experience in pediatric and women’s healthcare, he runs a specialized medical facility that serves some of the most vulnerable populations. His frontline experience allows him to provide critical insights into real-world hospital workflows and patient safety challenges. Dr. Mark plays a key role in shaping Panacea’s usability, clinical relevance, and implementation within healthcare facilities, ensuring that the technology truly supports—not complicates—everyday medical care.

 Dr Millicent Wanjiku Wanyeki is the Founder and CEO of Panacea. A physician and full-stack developer, Millicent combines clinical expertise with advanced software development skills to solve critical challenges in patient safety. Her experience as a product developer at Tambua Health—where she worked on AI-powered diagnostic tools—equipped her to lead Panacea’s mission to eliminate hospital medication errors, starting with IV therapy. Originally from Kenya and currently based in the U.S, Millicent is passionate about bringing world-class healthcare innovation to underserved systems across Africa.
